1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any part of the services provided by Kofirax, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services

Kofirax provides tailored AI implementation development services, including consultation, model integration, customization, and ongoing support. All engagements are detailed in a separate service agreement outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables.

3. Info-Products

Kofirax offers digital educational materials such as e-books, tutorials, and online modules focused on AI implementation development. Access is granted upon purchase, and delivery is immediate via electronic access credentials.

4. Physical Goods

We may supply hardware components or specialized devices required for AI projects. Specifications, shipping methods, and delivery schedules will be communicated during the purchase process.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 AI Implementation Development Services

Clients may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the purchase date if no significant deliverables have been provided. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start. After project commencement, all sales for services are final due to the bespoke nature of project execution.

5.2 Digital Info-Products

Digital materials may be refunded within 14 days of access activation, provided less than 25% of the total content has been accessed. If access exceeds 25%, no refund is available due to the instant delivery model.

5.3 Physical Goods

Defective hardware items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Shipping logistics for sending the item back are the purchaser's responsibility and must be arranged via our contact form. Once the item is received at our facility, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Custom-manufactured hardware is exempt from refunds due to its tailored production process.

6. Scheduling and Adjustments

Project timelines may be adjusted upon mutual agreement. Clients must notify Kofirax at least 7 days before the agreed start date to request changes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule revisions without extra fees.
